Ingredients:
2oz Jules Theuriet Creme de Pampelmousse
Club Soda or Tonic Water
Directions:
Prep a wine glass with ice to the top
Add Pampelmousse to wine glass
Top with club soda or tonic water
Stir to combine
Garnish with grapefruit wedge
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 oz Monnet VSOP
1/4 oz Simple Syrup
3 dashes of Angostura bitters
4 oz Sparkling Wine
1 Lemon Twist
Directions:
Add brandy, simple syrup, and bitters to a shaker with ice
Shake until chilled
Strain into a champagne flute
Slowly add sparkling wine
Squeeze lemon twist over glass
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 & 1/2 oz Claque Pepin Fine Calvados
3/4 oz Mint Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lime Juice
Club Soda or Ginger Beer
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
Shake until chilled
Double strain into a Collins glass filled with ice
Top with ginger beer or club soda
Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedge
Enjoy!
Ingredients:
2 oz Noces Royales
1/2 oz Lemon  Juice
1/2 oz Raspberry Liqueur 
Ginger Beer
2 dashes of orange bitters

Directions:
Add Noces Royales, Lemon Juice, Raspberry Liqueur, and 2 dashes of orange bitters to a cocktail shaker.
Shake
Strain into a copper mug filled with ice
Enjoy!

Ingredients:
2 oz Claque Pepin Fine Calvados
1/2 oz Guerin Sweet Vermouth
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
1 Bada Bing Cherry
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice
Stir until chilled
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with cherry
Enjoy!
