Shipping Info Brown Derby ships non-alcoholic beverages and accessories within the state of Missouri. Brown Derby may ship (wine only) to the following states: AK, CT, FL, LA, ND, NE, NV, VA, WV, WY and the District of Columbia. Please note that shipping regulation vary state-by-state and we may not be able to ship to all Zip Codes within listed states. At this time, we are not able to ship Internationally and do not ship to APOs, FPOs or P.O. boxes. ALL DELIVERIES OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES REQUIRE AN ADULT SIGNATURE FOR RELEASE.Â
Shipping Options and Rates Our goal is to process and ship orders the same business day when received before 3 p.m. local time. Shipping orders placed after 3 p.m. local time will ship the following business day; those placed after 3 p.m. on Friday will ship the following Monday, regardless of delivery method. The available options for shipping are: Overnight, 2-Day Air and Ground. In Missouri, Ground shipping usually allows orders to deliver in one to two business days. Overnight and 2-Day Air delivers Monday-Friday only. Ground service includes delivery through Saturday. The shipping rate will be based on the weight of the contents and the service selected for shipment. The rate for each selection will be reflected in your shopping cart and will update as items in the cart are added or removed.
Title and Ownership Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from us to the purchaser at the store, in the State of Missouri, and it is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to ship and/or arrange for shipping from our store/warehouse to his/her home State. By arranging for transportation or shipping of any alcoholic beverage under your instructions, we are providing a service to, and acting on behalf of you, or the purchaser if another party. By having us arrange the transportation or shipping on your behalf, you are also representing that you are acting in a fashion compliant with the laws and regulations of your State, municipality and any others that apply to you regarding the purchase, shipping, transportation and delivery of alcoholic beverages, including, without limitation, wine.
