• How do I sign up?

  • There are two ways to sign up for Derby Rewards! Sign up in-store at checkout by providing your name and phone number to the cashier. Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a link via text to finish your profile. You can also sign up here. When you sign-up and complete your profile, you will receive 500 points towards your next purchase. Cheers!

• How do I earn points?

  • Derby Rewards members will receive 5 points for each one (1) dollar spent on all eligible items that are part of a qualified purchase made in-store or online. Points are calculated on a per-item basis. All point values are awarded based on the pre-tax value of the items purchased. Points can be received on the purchase of gift cards. No points will be received for: deposits (e.g. keg, tab, tub); bottle, can, or container deposits; taxes; items purchased using a gift card as the only form of tender; or, e. when a member has only reserved an item but not paid for it.

• What are the benefits of being Derby Rewards member?

  • There are many benefits to being a Derby Rewards member including:
    • Earn $10 for every 2,500 points you earn.
    • Birthday rewards!
    • Advance notice of events & insider pricing.
    • Derby Deli discounts.
    • Access to select products (25,000+ points).

• How do I see my points?

  • Log in to your account from the Brown Derby website or the Brown Derby app. Then click the profile section and you will see your points.

• How do I add points for a recent purchase?

  • If you are logged in to your Brown Derby account, all of your online and in-app purchases are automatically linked. When checking out in-store, give our cashier the phone number associated with your account to earn points for your purchase. Did you forget to provide your account information at checkout? No problem! Just email your recent purchase receipt to info@brownderby.com.

• I already have a Brown Derby account, do I still need to sign up?

  • Although you may already have a Brown Derby account, you must complete the Derby Rewards registration process in order to join the loyalty program and start earning points. Simply go to the Rewards Club page of our website, click the "Sign Up” button, and complete the required fields. This will link your Rewards Club account to your Brown Derby account!

• Do my points ever expire?

  • Points do not expire. Once a member has reached a certain status, the member is eligible to receive the benefits associated with that status from the time the Status is achieved through December 31 of the next program calendar year. If the member fails to achieve at least the same status during the next program calendar year, the member will revert to the next-closest subordinate status at the conclusion of the next program calendar year.
